Changing Your Password and Enabling Two-Factor Authentication
If you need to change your password, please follow the steps below.
- Locate your Security settings:
First, find the account settings on the Home page. It is in the bottom left corner, represented by your profile icon. Click on this icon and proceed to the “Profile” tab.
- Update your password:
- Locate the "Password settings" or "Change Password" section within the Security settings menu.
- Enter your current password in the designated field.
- Type your new password into the "New Password" field. Make sure to use a strong, unique password for added security, and kindly note that the passwords are case-sensitive.
- Click the "Change" button to initiate the password change process. Once changed — you will see a confirmation banner:
- Enabling Two-Factor Authentication:
- Below the password change fields, locate the Two-Factor Authentication slider and move it. To activate two-factor authentication, re-enter your password:
- To finish the setup, download and install Google Authenticator.
- Scan the QR Code or manually enter the code, then press Verify:
- If the activation is successful, the message "Two-Factor Authentication is On" will appear:
