The Kitcast app automatically adjusts the temperature units to Celsius or Fahrenheit based on the Region settings of your Apple TV.
If the temperature is displayed in units different from what you anticipate, please adjust this in your Apple TV Settings. Once there, access the General category and select your preferred Region under the Language and Region section:
