Kitcast Compatibility Requirements
Is Kitcast compatible with all screens/displays?
Kitcast will work on any video output device that is compatible with your Apple TV.
If your TV supports HDMI input and has a resolution of 720p or 1080p, it will support Apple TV.
If your TV has a spare HDMI port, you’re good to go. Even if it doesn’t, you can use an HDMI converter cable to connect the device.
➡️ Kitcast works on Apple TV starting from the 4th Generation and newer.
❗ Please note: Kitcast does not currently support Android TV devices or Android TV boxes (such as Xiaomi Mi Box, NVIDIA Shield TV, Amazon Fire TV Stick, or Smart TVs running Android TV OS).
