Resolving Google Account Access Issues When Logging into Kitcast
If you are experiencing difficulties logging in or signing up for Kitcast using Google and see the following error message:
"This app is blocked. This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access."
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Open your browser and go to Google Account Connections.
- In the list of connected apps, find Kitcast and remove it.
- If Kitcast appears in this list, click on the Kitcast entry and choose the option to remove or disconnect it.
- After removing Kitcast, return to the Kitcast Dashboard.
- Try signing up or logging in with Google again.
By removing the existing Kitcast connection in your Google account, you allow Kitcast to re-establish a fresh connection, which should resolve the issue.
