What File Types Kitcast Digital Signage App Support?

Kitcast is a digital signage solution that supports Apple TV devices of 4+ gens and streams your content in 1080p (FullHD) and 4K (UHD) resolutions. We also support Android devices (in beta mode only).

Kitcast platform supports the following file types and categories:

Widget type	Supported formats	Format Details
Video	MP4, M4V, MOV, AVI,	Video files playback at 720p, 1080p, 4K including streaming
Image	JPG, JPEG, PNG, HIEC,	Images, including image series for slideshows
Document	PDF, DOCX, DOC, PAGES	Uploaded documents will be split on sheets and shown page by page
Presentation	KEY, PPT, PPTX	Uploaded presentations will be split on slides and shown one by one
Spreadsheet	XLS, XLSX, NUMBERS	Uploaded spreadsheets will be split on sheets and shown page by page

Optionally, Kitcast allows you to create your own images and animations with built-in Smart Template and Custom Template builders.

You can add weather widgets and RSS feeds or stream live videos.
